Banana Panna Cotta (Italian Dessert) Ingredients : Ripe bananas : 3 (mashed) Butter : 1 tablespoon Milk : 1 cup Gelatin : 1 tablespoon (or 1 packet, about 10g) Honey or sugar (optional) : 1–2 tablespoons, depending on your sweetness preference Instructions : 1. Prepare the Gelatin : In a small bowl, mix gelatin with 3–4 tablespoons of warm water. Stir well and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom. 2. Cook the Banana Mixture : In a saucepan, melt the butter on low heat. Add the mashed bananas and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly caramelized. Add the milk and optional sweetener (if desired) and mix well. Heat gently without boiling. 3. Add Gelatin : Remove the banana mixture from heat. Stir the bloomed gelatin into the warm banana mixture until fully dissolved. 4. Assemble and Chill : Pour the mixture into individual serving glasses or ramekins.
